NUIG has been invited to partake in a National Quiz (focused on Science questions) in UCD in April to raise money for CHARITY - We have chosen to raise money for COPE Galway. Each university partaking has been asked to provide a team of 4 undergraduate students to take part in the quarter -, semi- and (Hopefully) finals in Dublin!

*** Prizes will be provided by UCD for the winners, runners up and University who have raised the most money ***

Multiple societies have come together to prepare an internal Science quiz to select the 4 undergraduate students to represent us Nationally.

*** We have secured over €500 (and counting) to provide prizes to the winning and runners up teams within NUIG ***

We will be having an open call (ZOOM) quiz on

1) 25th NOVEMBER (Teams of 4 entering together)

2) 2nd December (Individuals)

From this open call we will select 8 teams (a mix of premade teams and teams of 4 made from the top individuals) to have our own Quarter-, Semi-, and finals in February! Who needs ball season anyway? I'm not crying, you're crying!!!

All money from the entry and raffle tickets goes DIRECTLY to COPE Galway which can be bought HERE

Entry is €5pp (20 for a team) which gets you entry into the quiz AND entry into a raffle on the night!

You can also buy raffle tickets for €3 (and don't need to be watching the quiz to be eligible to get the prize)

Please fill out an entry form for TEAMS  or INDIVIDUAL when you purchase your ticket!! Without an entry form, you won't be able to progress within the competition!!
