Concerned about the environment? Join our relaxed and supportive virtual café on Wednesday 24th at 10 a.m., where we’ll explore our feelings and fears about the climate and ecological crises.
The session will focus on sharing our experiences and emotions (as much as you feel comfortable with), and will look at ways forward on how we can take positive action and to care for ourselves and the planet. It will be a friendly space, with no experts or speakers, just time to chat. Don’t forget to bring your tea or coffee!

Mental Health non - profit organisation Let's Get Talking have teamed up to provide online mental health supports from Monday 22nd- Friday 26th. The week of events will cover tips to support mental health, isolation and loneliness, diet, exercise and much more.
