Tips for coping with your exams

As exam season approaches it is important to take care of your physical and mental health. When you are in the middle of studying or even during exams, your focus is usually on your work. It may feel like a waste of time and effort to spend any time on cooking, going food shopping, exercising or even sleeping. However, it is a mistake to neglect yourself altogether.
