While our sites are down you can access our rules and protocols here complete e-learning, and we will have the Aras na Mac Leinn Room Booking site back for you.

Fill in the society event form and we will add your event to our temporary calendar and create
large posters for the foyers, full detail here on how to organise events.

Click on the links below and see how to organise your event without access to the dashboard and yourspace and still register your attendees and complete risk assessments and safety statements and let us know about planned trips.

Photocopying: You can photocopy in the SocsBox just have your images on a usb key or pop in and ask for help in the SocsBox.


SocsBox open 10am - 8pm Mon - Thur & 10am - 5pm Fridays. Virtual help desk 12pm - 2pm.

You can still use banking on line just email finance@socs.nuigalway.ie if you need any help and make sure to save copies of all receipts until you have access to the finance dashboard, schedule of allowance linked below.

Web-store: Selling items
The webstore is now on shop.nuigsocs.ie purchasers must log in as guests using their NUI Galway student email address. You can also sell to staff and external people if appropriate for your particular item. We only have one admin login so contact Laura on finance@socs.nuigalway.ie with any questions and she will add your item to the webstore and send you the link for purchasing. For all items other than trips fill in this form. We will also provide you with a list of who has purchased your items via a shared spreadsheet. Planning a trip fill in this form and return to Laura at finance@socs.nuigalway.ie
